I’m Dione — but everyone calls me Jee. I was born and raised in Brazil, and today I’m a wife and a mother of three amazing boys. My journey into health and wellness didn’t begin in a classroom — it began in one of the hardest seasons of my life.

In 2006, I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. Around the same time, I learned I had Crohn’s disease, and my two‑year‑old son was diagnosed with colitis. Our world changed overnight. I felt scared, confused, and overwhelmed. I kept asking myself, “What is happening to us?” That question became the beginning of a new path.

Searching for answers, I discovered a passion for understanding the body, the mind, and the connection between them. In 2007, I earned my Fitness Instructor certification. I later returned to school and completed my bachelor’s degree in health Promotion, where I had the privilege of helping many people during my internship at the LDS Church headquarters.

Through years of study, personal healing, and hands‑on experience, I learned something powerful: Movement, nutrition, and stress management are not optional — they are essential. And even more importantly, we all have the ability to support our own healing when we understand our bodies and create habits that nourish us.

For a long time, I believed that the only way to treat health issues was to see a doctor, take medication, and hope the problem disappeared. But through my own journey with thyroid disease, inflammatory bowel disease, and chronic stress, I discovered that there are many ways to support the body — naturally, gently, and consistently.

Healing doesn’t happen overnight. It takes patience, consistency, and a willingness to show up for yourself. If you’re ready to take that step, I’m here to guide you with compassion, clarity, and encouragement.

I'm always looking for new and exciting opportunities. Let's connect.
